Love the staff and the doctor. Everyone is always friendly and professional!
Was not forewarned that this would be a 3 hour session that would outlast the pain medication. Would like to have a explanation about time and cost before dental treatment commences. Appreciate the effort complete the work that was needed.
I LOVE THIS PLACE! THEY ARE SO WONDERFUL! I had to get the probing done and it is the worst thing ever (even towards the fact that I have had a root canal, I prefer that to the probing) But Cathy was so gentle and so careful even after I told her that I hate this. I barely even felt her doing it. I heard that she was a temp. Keep her!

Had to have a filling replaced. :-( Not fond of dental visits, but Dr. Tran and staff make it a lot easier!!!!!
Got the work done this time so, was appy.
I almost finish my invisalign here and feel being tricked by the price of the retainer they charge. They told me the retainer would cost between $300 to $500 before I started the process. However, the bill they showed me is $950 and they told me the price they said before is for one arch of the retainer which is ridiculous. It's like buying shoes, it comes with a pair. I was planning to do my routine cleaning here and refer a friend to them too but now I don't think I am going to do that.
It was a pleasure, as usual, however I did have to wait 20 minutes for my appointment (after starting time).
They did not tell me about my insurance being maxed out and charged me the full amount .... N my renewal was just 20 days away.... And also I was not in any pain to rush me thru the procedure .....
