While the dental care itself is good, the practice raised its rates substantially without first informing me. For example, the cost of a routine evaluation, same code, increased from $36 in August for my wife to $106 for me in December for what was essentially only 5 minutes of Dr. Tran's time. Costs for other services went up as well. I should have been informed of the increases before the service was provided rather than being presented with them after the fact.

Doctor was nice and very competent. I wasn't happy with process for filling out forms (tablet that lost connection after 15 minutes of work) and the fact that I didn't see the doctor for an hour after my scheduled appointment time.

I've been going to this dentist just about as long as they have been open. Even though we have moved out of fairfax and could go to a dentist closer to Bristow, my wife and I continue to go here. The entire staff is great and enjoy seeing them every 6 months.

No one really likes going to the dentist, but if you have to go, this is the place to go.

If you need is an excellent hygienist this is the place to visit, other than that I recommend you shop around.

Dr. Tran had to replace a faulty crown that was put on by another dentist in another city. As usual, the whole staff was courteous and more than sensitive to my dentist anxiety. If you can say going through having a crown removed and starting another can be a good experience, then this was it. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating is that, Dr. Tran's office does not yet offer sedative dentistry. I'm working on getting her to consider offering it.
