I came to Fair Oaks ER with intense back pain, and the care I received was excellent. The staff was quick, kind, and really listened to what I was going through. They took my pain seriously and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I left feeling much better and with a clear plan! Best ER in San Antonio!
I unfortunately had to visit Fair Oaks Emergency Room at 4am and I am so glad they were there! Their staff from the receptionist to the nurses, and Dr Israel were amazing! The service and care and their thoroughness was better thank I have ever experienced in any ER setting! Thank you for taking care of our health!
The doctors and nurses were excellent and very efficient. Took me in right away, they were very friendly, did the tests needed a gave a diagnosis in a timely manner vs other emergency rooms they take too long to admit you and do unnecessary tests. The doctors came to see us quickly!!! I highly recommend this facility for any emergency needed the service is exceptional!!! Thank you for taking care of my health
I am very impressed with the care my 1-year-old received last night. We rushed in after my son had a choking incident and was having some wheezing. The nurse and doctor immediately began breathing treatments and acted quickly to help him. The physician also consulted with a children’s hospital and determined the safest option was to transfer my son there for overnight monitoring. The transfer was smooth, and I’m grateful to say my son is now recovering well.
Dr. Tellez, Dr. A, and all of the staff are truly incredible. I showed up at 10 PM in severe pain from sports injury. They brought me back within 60 seconds and were very attentive to my needs. From the minute I walked in, to the minute I walked out, I knew I was in the best hands possible! I will recommend Fair Oaks ER to everyone! The care and customer service here is second to none! Thank you Dr. Tellez and the Fair Oaks ER team!
