The staff and doctor at Fair Oaks ER are so nice, and knowledgeable. I was treated quickly and the office was very clean, bright and shiny. The doctor was kind and caring. Even though he couldn't set my fractured wrist due to needing further imaging, he gave me a soft splint, stabilizing my fractured wrist and broken the broken bones in my hand. Thank you Fair Oaks ER!
My daughter was seen quickly. Tested for various viruses and bacterial infections. Then diagnosed and treated medically right away on the spot. She was sent home with a prescription and fun goodies and hydration. Wow! I know this place is new so they have to provide only excellent service to compete with the many competitors but I hope this standard of excellence does NOT go down throughout the years. We need this in our area!
I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit to this emergency room. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and I was seen quickly and taken great care of from start to finish. What truly stood out was how thoughtfully decorated the building was inside. There was a Grinch-themed Christmas tree along with so many small festive details throughout, which made the environment feel welcoming and comforting during a stressful time. Went in early on a Wednesday morning. Was taken back quickly. The entire staff from the front desk to the RN to the doctor were all friendly. Everything was explained well during the testing process and very efficient for completing all the testing necessary on site. Would highly recommend!
First off the lady at the front desk made it very easy and quick to check in and was very sweet. Awesome nurse who was very helpful, funny and helped make the experience more calm and relaxing. The Dr was great! So helpful and ACTUALLY LISTENED!!! A lot of Dr I have been to don’t seem to listen very well. He was spot on with everything I asked and also found the real issue when other places told me it was something different.
