I hardly ever post reviews so this says a lot. Took my mom here tonight and this was the best experience at any sort of urgent care I've ever been to in my life! The entire building was spotless and clean, well-decorated for the Holidays (love it), the service was timely and professional, and every single person we talked to from the front desk lady to the nurse and doctor were extremely helpful, caring, and had wonderful bedside manner. I came to Fair Oaks ER with intense back pain, and the care I received was excellent. The staff was quick, kind, and really listened to what I was going through. They took my pain seriously and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I left feeling much better and with a clear plan! Best ER in San Antonio!
Had a great experience here. The doctor, nurse Linda, and assistant Cleo all worked together to get me diagnosed quickly and into better condition so I could go home for the night. They all had great bedside manner and made me feel as comfortable as possible.
