Between bouncing back and forth from specialist to ER, to PCP, Fair oaks emergency room and all their staff have been empathetic, professional, and so helpful in this painful journey. My experience here at fair Oaks ER was incredible! The nurse Mayra was very tentative, professional and gentle. She had to give me two shots and I didn’t feel a thing… the tech, Britney that took my CT image was very kind, knowledgeable, and very gentle with my injured shoulder. Last but not least Dr. Tellez was amazing. You can tell he genuinely cares for his patients.
