Great care as always. Pepper and Stephanie are great and very personable and professional. Michael was very kind and informative. Natalie was great at getting me registered and taking my information. Dr Tellez was very friendly and provided great care. If you haven’t been here in a time of need you need to try them before you go to a big name place. They treat you like family.

Amazing experience, everyone is so friendly. The Doctor who explained everything to me was Dr. Carlson whom was very sympathetic. From Tom the nurse and Chris the tech who were extremely sweet and compassionate you can tell they enjoy their line of work! Roxanne the front desk was kind enough to help charge my mother’s phone and was very professional. All in all, I recommend fair oaks ER.

I had the best experience with this emergency room. The front desk staff (Semaj/Ashley) were fast, caring and helpful with insurance paperwork. The nurse (Mindy) and Dr. Hamilton were hands down the best medical team I’ve experienced. They were both so understanding and compassionate with my situation. I am new to the area so they not only treated me but gave me serval options for doctors offices around the area. No day is a good one when you end up in the ER, but they made me feel so much better. 10/10 recommend.
