Doctor Tellez and NurseTom make a great team!!! My son had a severe nosebleed and they were able to stop it quickly. They kept me well informed throughout the entire process. They treated my son like their own. I was having trouble getting an appointment with an ENT for a follow-up. Doctor Tellez went above and beyond to help schedule my son a follow up with an ENT the following morning. Thank you gentlemen!!!!!

My son was injured while at camp. The medical staff recommended x-rays and was taken to Fair Oaks emergency room. From start to finish, the staff was friendly and professional. Nurse, Tom and Dr. Carlson were extremely thorough and Mayfield very comfortable.

We were told they were doing sports physicals for high school for $15. Showed up was immediately brought to the back and the physical was done in 10 minutes. The staff was outstanding!

It was my first visit there. I got right in and the staff made it in quickly, gave me thorough treatment and gave me great aftercare instructions. Dr Teller, Noah Miranda and Natalie were all very polite and professional. Great experience.
