The staff was pleasant but, although I showed up early to fill out paperwork (I'm a new patient) I still waited over an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor, Dr. O'Halloran rushed the examination and dismissed my concerns regarding my ear and throat pain and suggested that I see a dentist. I now have to make an appointment to see another ENT to diagnose my pain and confirm the initial diagnosis. I wasted my time and money going to this practice.
So DISAPPOINTED with this clinic. My husband and I had to waist our time to hear the results of his MRI, which showed nothing wrong. He is home from Iraq and has very limited time and I don't know why they could not have told him this news over the phone. They said it was to "discuss" the results. There was NO discussion, just Dr. Sarah Blank, reiterating the same options he had from the first appointment.
