As a long time Brush College customer, I moved closer to the Boody area and it became difficult to travel to the North East side of Decatur. I decided to venture out and look for a new vet. RecommendedNo. Puppies were cared for and answered immediately and now they “never” receive messages.
I have been a client for over 16yrs and Dr. Groesch was a wonderful vet who I saw as a friend. Dr. Groesch new my pups are my kids and how important they are to me and truly cared. However, since he has retired do not expect the same level of compassion, bedside manner or communication you are used to. Sadly Dr. Mansur was given 1400 plus clients that he never had to work for and to him you and your loving fur baby are just a number.
