I just called after hours and the “nurse” that I spoke with was beyond rude. My cat is severely injured and I don’t know what to do. Hopefully I can find someone that can help.
TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! My moms dog almost died due to being diagnosed with diabetes and told to give 3 units of insulin 2x a day which was overdosing her. Took her to north gate and was told she had a seizure and that one more dose of insulin would have killed her. She’s been so sick for over a year getting 3x the amount of insulin she actually needed and kept telling my mom different things being wishy washy also with the medicine. The staff is unbelievably rude on top of that if you take your pet here simply DONT.
One of the biggest animal advocates in this city lost her dog because she didn't have $500 in cash and doesn't have credit cards last night because Fairview was the emergency on call vet and denied treatment. She could and would have paid this morning. Shameful.
Done. Front desk lady a bitch. I can take my 5 animals to another vet. Sorry, like bob and Shelley. 5 animals is a lot of money
Went in to ask a simple business question. Receptionist was absolutely rude. When asking for a name receptionist refused to give me it. Will try to talk to the owner ASAP.
