My Family got severe hurt in recent events by this place, as we have been a customer of theirs for the last 15 years, now has taken our business somewhere else due to negligence and disrespect we have endured. I highly will not recommend this place to anyone. Mistakes do happen and simple apology and compassion could have resolved the dissonance and end the dispute but it did not happen, so i just want others to be alert and Be aware.

As a long time Brush College customer, I moved closer to the Boody area and it became difficult to travel to the North East side of Decatur. I decided to venture out and look for a new vet. Fairview Hospital isn’t too far and seemed to have great reviews so this seemed like a good option. I called to make an appointment for my dog Blues annual exam. RecommendedNo. Puppies were cared for and answered immediately and now they “never” receive messages.
I have been a client for over 16yrs and Dr. Groesch was a wonderful vet who I saw as a friend. Dr. Groesch new my pups are my kids and how important they are to me and truly cared. However, since he has retired do not expect the same level of compassion, bedside manner or communication you are used to. Sadly Dr. Mansur was given 1400 plus clients that he never had to work for and to him you and your loving fur baby are just a number.
I just called after hours and the “nurse” that I spoke with was beyond rude. My cat is severely injured and I don’t know what to do. Hopefully I can find someone that can help.
TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! My moms dog almost died due to being diagnosed with diabetes and told to give 3 units of insulin 2x a day which was overdosing her. Took her to north gate and was told she had a seizure and that one more dose of insulin would have killed her. She’s been so sick for over a year getting 3x the amount of insulin she actually needed and kept telling my mom different things being wishy washy also with the medicine. The staff is unbelievably rude on top of that if you take your pet here simply DONT.

One of the biggest animal advocates in this city lost her dog because she didn't have $500 in cash and doesn't have credit cards last night because Fairview was the emergency on call vet and denied treatment. She could and would have paid this morning. Shameful.
