it’s a husband/wife owned realty company Mitra Fallah the wife very unprofessional I called to check the status of my application she talks over you & does not listen. Don’t waste your time because that’s defiantly what they will do, then denied me when I make more than enough money to pay $750 for a 1 bedroom. Fairview realty never fix nothing in their building the hot water and the heat never work maintenance come out to turn the hot water tank up but that don't work they never call you back and the building back door stay open all the time
My Experience is great.
Our experience with Fairview Realty has been awesome. If we call with a maintenance issue it is handled promptly. If we call and leave a message, we get a response the same day. We have had a very positive experience with Fairview Realty. The staff that we talk to or deal with is phenomenal. They actually follow up with you. Never had that type of treatment from a Realty company before.
Fairview provides a very comfortable and affordable living environment. The building is regularly inspected for plumbing issues, infestation concerns, and etc. Fairview staff is extremely easy to contact and any maintenance requests are completed immediately.
