Fairview Realty is a great management company. They are very helpful and responsive to repair inquiries. Jerry, part of the maintenance staff, does a great job. He recently completed several repair requests for me in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintenance has been really good with the inquiries I’ve been having . It’s not one time I’ve had to call in this past week and the maintenance man didn’t come to my needs. Also I have been recieving calls from the agency trying to get in contact with me so they can resolve the issue and I really appreciate that. My issue has been resolved and I’m satisfied with their effort.

I recently had an electrical issue in my apartment. The request was immediately honored and maintenance came out to resolve the problem. He gave me an extremely polite courtesy call, where he established the issue and gave me a estimate good time frame for fixtures. He quickly and quietly found the problem and fixed the issue. He was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. Thank you and I greatly appreciated the service!
