I have been a tenant for approximately 5 years at a Fairview Realty property. I submitted a text to the office to let them know that my kitchen faucet handle was broken....worn out. I received a reply the next day.....and maintenance came by 2 days later. That was great turnaround time and instead of a quick fix to replace the screw on the handle....they replaced the entire fixture. That was so unexpected...but they seem to go that extra mile. The landlord that they work for is crazy heartless who gives a 5 day notice for $3.10 and sit in front of the property and she have people knocking at the door with no notice the foundation is cracking water ever where the raccoons are all in the garage and posuim under the house I can see if I was a month or two behind but 3.10 I have been harassed scene I moved in yes things happened but heartless. I hope she just break the lease cause I can't take anymore
