Great, easy, friendly, helpful. No hidden or sudden unknown fees! I will not use a traditional bank again.
I went to this branch to open an account. I signed in an waited. The lady in front of me said she was locked out of online access and needed to reset. The gentleman helping her brought her into his office. With an open door he called her husband on speaker phone. He then said the man's name and asked for his last 4, and other identifying info. I could hear everything in the lobby. I walked out. If they aren't worried about security I don't need them.
Have been banking with Fairwinds almost 20 years. They have so much to offer their customers...too much to list here...you must check them out. We live close to and use the branch on Tuskawilla Rd in Winter Springs. The staff has been nothing but professional, kind, courteous and very helpful. I also use their online bank app, which is so convenient, it's ridiculous. Whenever you have a problem of any kind, they immediately go into action to solve the problem.
