I've been a member of Fairwinds Credit Union for almost thirty (30) years and do my banking primarily at the Tuskawilla Branch. Recently, I experienced an issue with the desktop version of the online banking software that prevented me from adding an account. I love the Tuskawilla location! it's so close to work and home and the people are always so patient and kind. Today I had a question about a transaction and Carlos was able to explain it and help me understand the timing of it. He went above and beyond in customer service. :) (I've been a member since the late 80's and have never regretted my decision to use Fairwinds for many of my financial needs.) Keep up the good work!

We got there just before 5:00 pm. The person that welcomed us to the credit union was also the person that helpped me open a new account. Luz Rios what a great person . i have been a member for a very long time. my debit card was shut down due to fraud and it will take 5-7 days for a new card. The branches no longer print cards on request and to expedite a new card would cost me $50.00. Why am i being punished for fruad charges and have to wait for a new card. i have no way to pay bills that are linked to the card and what a hassle because now i have to drive to bank and get money to pay for gas and groceries.

Today I had a horrible experience with Edna. She was rude, aggressive and completely unprofessional. She acted annoyed from the moment I stepped into her office. I asked her to pull up my account so she could see what I was referring to and she told me no she could not access my account and I should pull it up on my phone. This branch is consistently ineffective and unhelpful. Almost every time I've been to either the drive-through or the lobby the employees are rude, disrespectful and they have no sense of urgency. Today I stopped for a simple replacement debit card; the person at the window directed me to the concierge, the concierge asked me to sign in, the sign in device wasn't working, the concierge took my name down told me she was working with someone else then I proceeded to wait for 15 minutes.
