I've been a member of Fairwinds Credit Union for almost thirty (30) years and do my banking primarily at the Tuskawilla Branch. Recently, I experienced an issue with the desktop version of the online banking software that prevented me from adding an account. I went to the branch and met with Shellon Maxwell, Member Service Specialist, who took ownership of my issue. She was empathetic and professional. I love the Tuskawilla location! it's so close to work and home and the people are always so patient and kind. Today I had a question about a transaction and Carlos was able to explain it and help me understand the timing of it. He went above and beyond in customer service. :) (I've been a member since the late 80's and have never regretted my decision to use Fairwinds for many of my financial needs.) Keep up the good work!
