I love the Tuskawilla location! it's so close to work and home and the people are always so patient and kind. Today I had a question about a transaction and Carlos was able to explain it and help me understand the timing of it. He went above and beyond in customer service. :) (I've been a member since the late 80's and have never regretted my decision to use Fairwinds for many of my financial needs.) Keep up the good work!

Great customer service. Shellon was patient and explained everything to me. Luís and Shellon worked together as a team to make sure my account was set up properly. Thank you again Shellon great customer service.
We got there just before 5:00 pm. The person that welcomed us to the credit union was also the person that helpped me open a new account. Luz Rios what a great person .
