The customer service is horrible. There is no ability to escalate to the corporate leaders. Call center is all young employees that are annoyed to be working. They also are passive aggressive and you will never get simple requests handled. They racially profile you and if you are not Spanish or black they are not going to give you the service you are requesting. They are not if you recieve any type of benefits. They are the only one that will hold. Your benefits checks. So if you are getting any type of benefits stay away from this credit union.
