Edited 2/10/26 My original review was for FCU corporate which is hard to get to. The newer members of FCU could use a bit more training in customer service. The branch manager reached out and made things right. My only complaint would be that you can't get through to a corporate official. I have never actually dealt with this branch but the manager bent over backwards to make things right. Many thanks!

I take my 91 year old Dad to this location for some of his banking needs. Everyone is so kind and patient with him and sometimes they have lollipops. In the lobby there's a comfortable sitting area to sit and wait for business to get done. There are many different services and resources available to customers.

Angelic is awesome. Super helpful and always has a good conversation when I come to the bank. Super respectful and my whole family that banks there loves her.

This is such a wonderful branch, I always walk out with a smile! The staff is incredibly helpful and sweet, and Angelique is such a sweetheart! Overall, my favorite branch, without a doubt! Thank you, Longwood Branch!
This is my favorite Fairwinds. I've never had to wait in line. The staff is always so nice and helpful. I have had some great conversations with Angelique. She's a doll! Who knew going to the bank could brighten your day:)

The manager Edwin is the best of the best in customer service. He goes out of his way to explained very carefully about the service and differents types of account. I was able to get a credit card with Fairwinds and now every month I am getting some rewards, this is from the advice I received from Edwin and how to use my accounts and get some rewards, I am so happy to banking with Fairwinds in Longwood and have Edwin as my financial advisor, Thank you for all you do for us Mr Edwin.

Excellent bank and programs, but like any bank you have to keep your eye on account expenses or loan transactions, to avoid things like checking account fees or mortgage insurance that are not to your advantage.
I come to this CU only to access my own CU, but it's a convenient option for me. In so doing, I've observed a few things, positive and negative. Wait time is often non-existent, at least the half dozen times I've been there. Staff are a bit of a mixed bag. I've observed EXTREME patience, even to the point of tenderness, with an elderly customer, while my own experience had been more of the apathetic variety, laced with perfunctory politeness.
