I was at the drive thru here first and it should be served as a first come first serve but they did NOT do it that way. Poor etiquette...

We have been with Fairwinds for over 25 years. I have worked with several local managers. Sydney Dragon is the best ever. She is very supportive and feels more like a friend. Every couple of weeks I order $200 of $2 bills I use for tips and travel. She personally makes sure I get personal feedback and notifies me when they arrive. The level of customer service at this branch is impeccable! I'm especially impressed with the knowledge, expertise and customer service I experience every time I speak with Sydney. I run a lot of transactions, both personal and business through this branch and she always makes everything absolutely seamless and easy!

My banker just told me that interest rates were so low because 'Biden wants to shut everything down.' So they are basing interest rates on misinformation? Does not give me confidence in this bank.

Left CFE FCU to come here, can't believe I waited so long. The CFE web banking and mobile banking is horrendous, Fairwinds is easy and everything you want in online banking. Super nice staff, instant issue debit cards. Do wish they had a drive thru ATM. Highly recommend Fairwinds.
They no longer do shared banking with other credit unions. I have no reason to bank here anymore. Taking my business elsewhere. They don't care about members. They run like a bank.
Really happy to have made the switch from Wells Fargo to Fairwinds. Service has exceeded my expectations
