I just recently financed a car through fairwinds and I can't say enough good things about their staff. They are friendly and helpful. I have yet to have the loan auto draft correctly though. If they get that fixed, I will consider moving all of my banking to them.
I've been a member of Fairwinds for over 2 years now and I couldn't be more appreciative of their kind and thorough customer service. Throughout my time with them, they have educated me on everything from opening my new account, to their credit card and loan options; all while striving to meet my needs to their best ability. Let me just start by saying I've been with this credit union for over 15 years and have never had an issue until they started offering an HSA. We chose to use them for our HSA because we can make deposits at a local level.....dont know of any other banks that offer this feature. Chase has an HSA but you can't open or make deposits on a local level. Their staff is clueless when it comes to taking deposits and you have to go inside, they won't accept deposits in the drive thru...probably because you'd idle through a tank of ga... read more
