Every time I walk in, they say hello. Clean and spacious lobby/office space. The staff is friendly and professional. Excellent service which is quick and smooth then you'll be on your way.
I love this bank, and that they are making strides to update their tech side. The website is new and improving (still needs tweaking), and the new mobile app is on par with other banking apps. It's not perfect, but I have to give them credit for a definite step in the right direction. Now could we work on the lobby hours? It cool that they open earlier than other banks (8am) but they also close earlier (4pm). Can we adjust that about half an hour back, make it 8:30-4:30? Just a suggestion.
