My experience with the staff was wonderful. I was greated upon entering. Questions were answer in a respectful manner and staff was knowledgeable. I was a previous tenant of Falcon Point and recently wanted to help a friend find a nice community to live in and I thought about this complex. Staff are still friendly and it was nice to know a familiar face was still working with the company.Ā

Pretty basic, pretty basic pricing for the area, quiet sometimes, lots of children in the area. Use to be a very nice view of downtown but more apartments were built in the view and now all you see looking out the front is those buildings under construction. Friendly and helpful staff.Ā
