I've been living here for over two years now. I love it here!! The management team is awesome!!! They are efficient with dealing with any issues. The Maintenance crew is top notch! I don't know what we would do without Cesear!! He is simply Awesome!. I would recommend this community to anyone! Great place to live
As you know Christmas day we had a wild day maintenence was fantastic they stayed until 10;30 PM Thank you for everything

Falcon pointe has really nice apts, spacious with GAS stoves!!! I'm a jersey girl so that should explain the excitement. Very affordable! The application process was smooth sailing and quick. All thanks to Mrs. Martia !!!!! Thank you :)

Communication was great. Being out of state moving to a state you have never visited or toured the apartment "live", the website, pictures, virtual tours available and emails from the leasing staff we key.
Tia and Makailyn are phenomenal at their jobs. Always professional and ready to help. Maintenance staff is always quick and professional. Only complaint would be new mandates by corporate office to install "smart locks" and then pass the cost onto residents.
