Very impressed with the staff and with Dr Fales. He made each of our kids feel welcome and completely comfortable. Highly recommend this office!
We came to OP and Olathe new just over 3 years ago. A neighbor told us about Fales as we were looking for a dentist ... Our then 8 year old went through 3 appliances and braces and we could not be happier with the work or the employees. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistants to Dr. Fales himself we love everyone and he personal touch. Brodie would be upset if I didn't mention the two lovable and amazing Golden's Spencer and Gracie....we ❤️ you .
I'm so thankful for Dr. Fales and his wonderful staff. My son has a small mouth and has already required a lot of dental & pre-orthodontic work. He also has a great deal of anxiety about his dental visits. Dr. Fales & his staff are always kind, caring and attentive. When my son found out he was going to have to go back to have a tooth pulled, he nearly jumped out of the chair. Dr. Fales was so empathic with him. It's a great place to work! The staff is just great. It's a pleasure working there. The back office staff is terrific with patients. Each patient leaves with a smile.
