The staff is wonderful and patient. There seems to be a good sense of humor all around. Dr. Fales has treated my son for many years (he is a 'special needs' young man) and my son is so fond of his dentist and happy about trips to see him, that there is no resistance to dental visits. He looks forward to going to see Dr. Fales! I appreciate the staff's patience with me, too, asking if I have questions, working with me on appointments, helping me to be brave. Everyone was great from scheduling to the actual dental work. Really appreciate the office working with us on the scheduling and really appreciate the nurse helping to make my daughter comfortable and appreciate Dr. Fales great work and awesome support! Everyone was just really fantastic!Â
