Outstanding office visit! Great staff all around, very impressed with Dr. Fales; he was very detailed, spent a large amount of time with us, and make a great informed decision. Big thank you to Lenny, our hygienist. She was awesome with our daughter during procedures, and very informative.
My 10 week old was referred to Dr. Fales for an upper lip tie correction. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Fales and his team! EXCELLENT bedside manner, information given, and spectacular care. Even though his practice is an hour away from us, he is our dentist now! P.S. his therapy dogs are great for nervous kids.
We have a special needs son who has been a patient of Dr. Fales for probably 20 years. Dr. Fales and staff have developed quite the rapport with our son, which is no small task. Can not say enough good things about this practice. Highly recommend them!
