Kirstie and Kelly were great. They made me feel at ease with their warm smiley welcome. Kirstie kept asking if i was ok which made me feel very relaxed. Kelly was very friendly and I never felt the need to gag once with the suction water thing. All round very stressless experience and my teeth were certainly very clean.

I started my journey with Falkirk dental care I believe in 2022. From my very first appointment I was made to feel not only welcome but almost part of the family! I was introduced to all the professionals and given a brief description of their skillset and what they will do to help me achieve the end goal. All my appointments have went fantastically well and I’ve never loved going to a dentist until now! I was also started on the Invisalign treatment requiring 20 aligners over an 8 month period. Older receptionist with blonde/light brown hair very disinterested, walked in she didnt look up was on a mobile phone on facebook, I stood for a minute looking at her waiting for her to look at me and ask me my name etc she didnt so I sat down, I asked her a question after that which she answered just but didnt even look up then! Reception not very warm and welcoming anyway
