Helped greatly with billing issue. Sent my propane payment to electrical address and Nicolle handled it for me and we were able to resolve issue without any real issues. Well done and very helpful.

In the few times I have contacted Fall River, I have mostly dealt with Noelle. She is amazingly helpful - even with the mundane issue of helping me update my autopay (I'm not the most computer literate!) She is also friendly and courteous - you can feel her smile over the phone line! She represents your company well so don't lose her.
