Helped greatly with billing issue. Sent my propane payment to electrical address and Nicolle handled it for me and we were able to resolve issue without any real issues. Well done and very helpful.

She is amazingly helpful - even with the mundane issue of helping me update my autopay (I'm not the most computer literate!)
