Noelle was very attentive and listened well to my needs and requests. She assisted in setting me up with an account and scheduling to have the 1st service call very quickly. I had some trouble sustaining the pilot light on my propane fireplace, and I thought it might be a pressure issue. Noella took my call and dispatched Landon out to check. He arrived within ten minutes and made sure I didn't have a gas leak or pressure problem. Turned out, it was a problem with the fireplace. I appreciate Fall River's willingness to jump right in and help.
