I feel like my therapist, Nicky, really career about me. She wants to help me find the tools I can use that will ease my anxiety. I try to learn something with her help every session. She allows me to disagree with some thoughts/tools, and always reminds me that only I can make something help me if I choose to use it nd practice it.
