Dr. Coleman has been a really soothing presence and quite easy to open up to- while I still have a bit of a journey ahead of me: I can appreciate that she challenges me. Staff that welcomed me the past three visits have been very kind and rather approachable each time.

Dr. Kaplan genuinely cared about me and my feelings, emotions, moods and everything surrounding my care. He listened intently and never seemed disinterested in what I was talking about or verbalizing. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Kaplan and the care that I received from him at Family Care Center.

In take person did not introduce herself. Asked why we had made an appointment. Just went through questions on the computer. When we suggest that we had altered medication because of increase depression,Ms. Pigan, didn’t seemed concerned. We went there for answers and came back with the same questions, we wanted information on. We made next appointment but are considering canceling.

Poor service. Appointment was scheduled for weeks and 40 minutes prior to the appointment I received a call that my insurance would not pay for the service so my appointment had been canceled. 20 minutes later I received another call telling me that there had been a mistake and my insurance would pay so I could come to the appointment. My blood pressure elevated to 160/120 because of the stress put on me by this clinic.
