Dr. Kaplan genuinely cared about me and my feelings, emotions, moods and everything surrounding my care. He listened intently and never seemed disinterested in what I was talking about or verbalizing. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Kaplan and the care that I received from him at Family Care Center.

Poor service. Appointment was scheduled for weeks and 40 minutes prior to the appointment I received a call that my insurance would not pay for the service so my appointment had been canceled. 20 minutes later I received another call telling me that there had been a mistake and my insurance would pay so I could come to the appointment. My blood pressure elevated to 160/120 because of the stress put on me by this clinic.
