Dr. Kaplan genuinely cared about me and my feelings, emotions, moods and everything surrounding my care. He listened intently and never seemed disinterested in what I was talking about or verbalizing. Takes forever to get Prescriptions sent to the Phatmacy. I've had to make inquiries twice now.

In take person did not introduce herself. Asked why we had made an appointment. Just went through questions on the computer. When we suggest that we had altered medication because of increase depression,Ms. Pigan, didn’t seemed concerned. We went there for answers and came back with the same questions, we wanted information on. We made next appointment but are considering canceling.
