We had scheduling conflicts the last few months. We have been trying to get back into some type of recurring schedule. I was late to this last one & wasn't even sure if we could be seen but showed up just in case. I tried to notify the local office but I wasnt able to get a hold of anyone. Our provider not only saw us, but spent some time to talk about the past scheduling conflicts (my new job & schedule updates) along with a better schedule for everyone moving forward. Our family grew closer through the communication tools and games we were introduced to in therapy.
