I am so grateful to finally have found a therapist who gets me. I've had so much trauma in my life that I have survived. I finally feel that my life is going to get better. My therapist listens to me and I trust she knows what I need. We'll be working with EMDR, a therapy use for trauma. I look forward to healing my traumas.
