Everything with regard to my check-in went well. There was the expected “new patient” paperwork which I completed and gave to one of the staff. The staff member said I would be paying a $25 deductible at the end of my session. No problem. Upon leaving, I asked the staff at the front desk if I needed to do anything else. She said no and “have a good rest of your day”. Approximately 1 hour later I received a call from FCC saying I forgot to pay the deductible. Like most, I am very careful with my Cards.
