This has been the best mental health treatment, concern, etc I have ever experienced. Dr Hsu and Dr Herrel are amazing. Its almost like I have some wise Aunts that are helping me. It matters, because its working!

So far, I have been pleased with the level of care and professionalism that I have received at Family Care Center. It's still a bit too early to tell whether I'll be accepted into the program for TMS therapy. But, I trust and am hopeful that every effort will be made to submit all the necessary paperwork so that my Health Insurance will approve it. So, I can only speak to what I've experienced thus far. This was a very difficult session for me. It was necessary to talk about the initial trauma I experienced while serving in Djibouti. The next sessions will be equally as intense but necessary. I do have faith in my counselor to help guide me through this process. The next week will be difficult but I am using the coping mechanisms and guidance.

I can’t say enough good things about the care, compassion, and integrity I experienced during my therapy. Elizabeth Nelson is by far the most compassionate, direct, empathetic human being I have ever met. My experience with the Family Care Center was as good as the first one. Marie Hsu is a fabulous, skilled psychiatric practitioner. She excels at helping the client feel comfortable, safe and confident of improved psychological wellness. She remembered me and we made some achievable plans for next steps for me and my relationship with my wife.

Everyone at the Family Care Center on Dowell Springs in Knoxville, go above and beyond to put patients at ease. Dr. Ashley Ross is one of the best ! I have made tremendous progress since beginning therapy with him. He is a kind and caring therapist and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Family Care Center.

I absolutely love family care center. My provider Marie NP is so uplifting and has truly helped me manage my anxiety. I feel so comfortable with her and appreciate the time she takes with me. I also like how you can do zoom appointments if needed because you can’t make it into the office. Makes it very convenient.
