The waiting room is crowded. I was matched with a therapist who was pleasant but was not knowledgeable about working with trauma survivors. After my session, he discovered his schedule was not conducive with my work schedule so he was going to pass me on to another therapist. I also inquired about medication, and was told I have to go through a medication service and possibly could have a month long wait to be scheduled.

was able to get an appointment easily and quickly. The required medical forms were online and very easy to access and complete. When I arrived for my appointment, I was met with a professional and friendly receptionist in an office that had a calm, clean, and professional atmosphere.
