Dr. was knowledgeble very friendly staff.
I haven't been to the dentist in a long time due to bad experiences. Dr. Scapillato was on the list of Dentists near me that take my insurance. I read many great reviews and I was especially impressed with the fact that he is great with patients with special needs and anxieties. I went for my first appointment and the ladies at the front desk were sweet. Then my appointment started with the dental assistant taking X-rays and just speaking to me to keep me comfortable. In 2018 Dr. James Scapillato done dental work on my son Michael Slana who is severely disabled with MS, he is an excellent special needs dentist, professional, kind, caring and someone I would definitely refer to anyone who has a special needs family member or friend. After dealing with a previous dentist who was referred from a home health care agency and botched my son's dental work and took his dentures which were paid for, Dr. James Scapillato put a smile back on his face!
Staff is wonderful and Dr. Scapillato is amazing. I had my teeth whitened for the first time and they came out awesome. Couldn't ask for a better dentist
Our family has been coming to Dr. Scapillato for over 30 years. Our children are grown and living in other communities now. Our daughter, who now lives Washington, DC, searched for several years for a dentist that she liked and trusted as much as Doc.
