Family Leisure was so easy to work with and our Berlin Gardens pavilion turned out amazing!!! Highly recommend the privacy wall and the onyx and cedarwood color combination!

Let’s start at the beginning when the delivered our product and the ladder has sharp section that could puncture the lining, and they were scratched terribly all over and dirty. I was told they would replace them which didn’t happen till installation, which was a nightmare in itself. We recorded this whole process where they missed spreading the powder lime(I pretty sure that’s what it was) I was told to get to purchase to help save us from damages caused by mole, voles, and such. The circulation pump was bad on my hot tub. A technician was sent out and quickly troubleshot the problem and replaced the pump. He was very knowledgeable and answered multiple questions and fixed another accessory part on the unit while he was there. Great experience overall!
