Let’s start at the beginning when the delivered our product and the ladder has sharp section that could puncture the lining, and they were scratched terribly all over and dirty. I was told they would replace them which didn’t happen till installation, which was a nightmare in itself. We purchased our hot tub in January 2019. It was 18 degrees and the gentleman that set it all up was cheerful and gave us all the information needed to continue to stay on top of it. We continue to drive to this location to purchase chemicals. Anytime we are there we are always asked if we need assistance. Their staff is super friendly. Nathan Moody assisted in getting our new cover ordered and always willing to answer any questions we have. Great guy! Will continue to do business with them.
Christian and Caleb performed an install of a new jacuzzi cover and undermount lift for me on 3/4/2025. They arrived in time-frame stated and performed the job in a professional manner. Upon completion they removed the old undermount lift system and left the work site in good shape. Appreciate the prompt and professional service provided by Family Leisure.
Dillon from Family Leisure just came over & fixed our hot tub today. He quickly determined that the cycle pump was faulty & needed to be replaced. After quickly replacing the pump, he gave me suggestions to maintain the lifespan of the pump. He was very polite & knowledgeable. Left our home with no trash or mess left behind. I highly recommend Family Leisure as a good company to consider when purchasing a hot tub. They’re service staff was helpful on the phone & their repair man was excellent!
