3 weeks and counting...no permit for a pool. Two weeks in a row Salesman Don Clark tells me the same thing. Yesterday he tells me we have to move a structure for the permit to be issued. Structure was moved in April as we told him when we purchased the pool. So far, horrible customer service.
I'm not impressed. Set up was canceled numerous times. When install was done it was not done properly. I'm still waiting on a return call for the workers to fix the easement issue. Meanwhile my kids play in mud in order to enjoy their new swing set. Save your money and sanity and buy elsewhere.
I can't imagine buying anything there, but they sure do have an enormous selection of somewhat tacky high-end grills, spas, pool tables, bars . . . Really expensive stuff, huge store.
