This is the BEST veterinarian clinic I’ve ever been to! My dog and my cat both came here multiple times this year for different issues after a family recommended this place! The staff is always SO kind, helpful, and patient with my babies and I can’t express how much I appreciate the passion everyone here has for their clients! Thank you all for doing what you do! 🙏🏻 I’m moving back to Dallas this week but I don’t think I’ll mind the drive to continue coming here!
I brought my dog here for the first time in 2019 because she was having seizures. She now goes yearly for a check up to get her seizure medication prescription renewed and get her shots . I do love the staff they have always been kind and my dog can be a handful but they are very good with her. Though I have had an issue getting a refill for her medication signed and sent to where we get her medication, but I spoke with someone on the phone and was told they will make sure the refill would be signed and sent out today. Very friendly staff and doctors. Owner can go in with pets as long as face mask is worn. No waiting in lobby though. 10/10 would recommend
Love this vet clinic!! They take EXCELLENT care of Zoe ( my black and white domestic short haired feline). Zoe was a bit scared when I first took her to the vet, but I must say that the staff are wonderful, friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. Very affordable vet care too. Dr. Ford is good with Zoe. Thank you Dr. Ford and your entire staff for taking of her and making her feel comfortable. Happy that I was able to be with her this morning during her exam..🐱♥️
Yesterday was my first visit with my Bombay Burmese, Seville, who’s 17 years young. We did the curbside service which they let me in to see the boarding for cats which I asked for a window view. Very kind and respectful plus thoroughly explained everything. Made changes of Hills Science diet short of prescription food plus pill pockets. They were correct about the side effects of vaccines of illness. Was concerned about him then he got more social and ate the age specific food that is better than indoor. Dr. Ford is a very good and thorough doctor. He explained everything to us and took good care of our pet. The process from the time we called first thing in the morning was compassionate and professional. The system in place because of COVID is good. This is a busy clinic and the pets/ dogs I saw coming in and out of the office were handled kindly( no pulling) I felt like the pets weren't overly stressed and the owners waiting out in the cars concerned were well informed and updated on their pets( we were).
