RecommendedEveryone there is so kind and caring. All of the vets are knowledgeable and professional. On more than one occasion they have graciously allowed me to come at almost closing time with a sick pet rather than just referring me to the emergency vet. Not only did this save me potentially thousand of dollars, it gave me comfort knowing that someone who knows their medical history was treating them. We were in need of immediate medical help, since a pit bill mauled my shih-Tzu. It was closing time, they accepted our dog to check him over. Treated his wounds,& prescribed meds. I Believe his name is Dr. Lloyd, that came out and talk to us and reassured us. I really appreciate all the care they gave our dog and reassurance to us.

They have taken great care of Honey and Winston. Staff has been helpful and knowledgeable and you never feel like they are trying to up sell you.

I have taken my pets to Dr Jed for years. Though my dog crossed the Rainbow Bridge years ago, we still trust Dr Jed when my wife’s cat needs attention. Nicholas had a swollen eye that was running and Dr Jed took special interest in making him feel better. (Nicholas captured Dr Jed’s heart when he tried to hide on top of the cabinet in the exam room and Dr Jed fetched a ladder and examined the cat in his comfort zone.) Their caring attitude and professionalism. Dr. Katlin Johnson is a fantastic Vet. I would like to see more attention to the grooming process however. Bellatrix, my one year old Lab/Retriever is still hyper and the clinic knows this. I would appreciate medication issued that is effective in calming her so repeat visit is not necessary. We were given a new med 12/24 but have not tried it yet.
