It is very sad when your invoice is created prior to the animal even being examined. Also when questioned about the charge the clerk states only an in house credit can be applied to your next visit if it doesn't meet that cost. I'm calling BS on that one. Beware if you are a walk in and need immediate attention. Especially IF YOU ONLY THINK YOU DO !!!
