RecommendedThis place was so nice found them under sad reasons our vet was at a conference after seeing him Monday gave our dog medication and sent her home and today i had to have her put down after bonnie got worse and was suffering
They don't tell you the truth about the charges, and man oh man do they charge .Very poor service and very very poor people skills.They will tell you that they need your credit card number ,and that they won't bill the card....say its only to have a card on file....LIE LIE LIE. They try to charge your card anyway.,Would not recommend this place.
It is very sad when your invoice is created prior to the animal even being examined. Also when questioned about the charge the clerk states only an in house credit can be applied to your next visit if it doesn't meet that cost. I'm calling BS on that one. Beware if you are a walk in and need immediate attention. Especially IF YOU ONLY THINK YOU DO !!!
