The entire staff great! I have some anxiety about dental work. They made me feel comfortable. Marina does amazing job with cleanings. Dr Patel is patient and explains everything. Really listened to my concerns and catered the experience base in my worries. I'm so happy to have found this place.
I have been a dental patient with Dr. Gross and Dr. Flores on Davis Avenue for over 20 years and always received first rate care. I have had extensive (bridges, root canals, crowns) dental work done as I've always had poor teeth. In addition, the excellent dental hygenist professionally cleans and gives me floride treatments quarterly. I am also completely satisfied with other staff who handle the finances.
I am very pleased with my visit today with Dr.Pinton and the hygienist Licia. It Is very nice to feel comfortable at the dentist office. For the first time ever I can honestly say I felt very comfortable here and would recommend them to anyone who is afraid of the thought of seeing a dentist.
Dr Piton is the best, along with the staff. I have been going there for more than 7 years. I dislike pain especially for my teeth. Here I can always be assured when they work on my teeth I am always comfortable.
I have been using this office for my dental needs for approximately a year now and I cannot speak highly enough of everyone at this office. Right from making the appointments, to leaving after each appointment, I was treated in a professional, respectful and caring manner. To be more specific, I had an emergency dental issue arise overnight and they made an appointment for me the next morning. Friendly staff. Had root canal done at main street office with dr. Sitler and didn't feel a thing. She took her time and made sure I didn't feel anything. Would recommend my family any day
Main street staff is caring and professional. Wouldn't go anywhere but here. The doctor explains everything and the hygienest is gentle
I have been visiting the offices of Drs. Gross and Flores for my dental needs for almost 8 years now. I come here twice a year for cleanings, and in the past have had several root canals and cavities filled. They have always been thorough, clean, and professional. The one small downside is that since they are one of the more popular dental offices in the area, booking appointments is sometimes difficult if you have a tight schedule. Overall though, they are the best dentists I've ever gone to.
I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years. I called today in severe pain, and with a new insurance. Unfortunatly they do not take my new insurance, and the pratice (doctor) refused to review the names of other dentists that do take my insurance and help me find a reliable one. I am so furious!!! This practice took care of myself, my husband, and my children for 20 years, and now they hang me out to dry!!! UNACCEPTABLE and very unprofessional.
