Carmen is an amazing counselors and with so many patients she still takes the time to listen carefully and does everything she can to accommodate special circumstances. You can tell she truly cares about each and everyone of us!

I went to this clinic for methadone and felt that, overall, the clinic is alright but it could use some improvements. For example, they have five dosing booths but always have only one or two open which, in turn, causes very long lines that could be up to forty five minutes to almost an hour long during the busy times. The other clinic in Santa Cruz that I have gone to and currently go to hardly ever has any lines. It is usually in and out. I think this place is great. I have had some problems but nobody is perfect...especially me, that's why I'm here. I was reading a complaint by a previous client and I think she is reading the policies wrong. But I can see why. The clinic should have the heading she is referring to as Termination, not Involuntary termination, because there are two different sections under termination...immediate termination and involuntary termination. The staff does a great job especially the ladies at the front desk. I have watched them deal with JERKS everyday and they always keep it professional. The nurses in back are outstanding as well. They truly care about your well being and really want to see you succeed with your path to recovery. Then there are the counselors, they are all good people but for some reason and maybe it's just me but I have had 5 counselors in a 6 month time frame. I wish I could keep one for several months because I seem to get more productivity... read more

The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. I had my doubts coming into this program but they made it much easier. I thought I'd be sitting around waiting and feeling forgotten like most doctor offices but they are speedy and on top of things and try to get you in and out as quickly as they can so you can go about your day. I'm new to this but so far I love it. I would recommend it over other clinics alike.

Even though I dislike some of the new owner policies, the MORE IMPORTANT THING is that the STAFF HERE ARE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! They are all truly wonderful. The head nurse Lauren is incredible beyond words as is Nichelle along with all the other nurses and staff. Debbie (sorry if I mispelled the name) - who is the director - is also WONDERFUL and she - along with all the other members of the staff - truly cares about her clients. it's great learning experiences try not to get window 3 it's all ways sketchy brand new machine but all seals broken and if it's not that the brand new machine needs work done too it on sat or big take home days I'm just saying

Absolutely the worst clinic ever the doctor doesn't have a real MD, he bought it online. The counselors are like parrots and all say the same bs. They will lie, stab u in the back. Even after a year of perfect attendance, counseling,never having one issue , doing everything absolutely perfect the most take homes they will give you is 4.
