This place is a joke. If you value your time and appreciate communication this is not the right place. Call me crazy, but if you're going to require an hour and a half hold to talk to a counselor that doesn't give two shits about the questions she's reading to me, I at least would like to know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly. Four and a half hours to do my intake was bad enough without that nonsense.

I have been at this clinic for a few years now and, until recently, I had a decent experience. They've always achieved minimal standards but, since they've switched locations(and owners), this clinic has become so busy and chaotic one does not receive great sevice(if any) from the staff. I understand that there are new laws and requirements to prescribe methadone and to allow someone to dose at home. At first, I would've said this place was a five star clinic, but after the problems, lies and blatant refusal to do what's right-or even follow through with their own regulations or federal regulations, I'm done. The worst part is meeting a handful of other former patients today who all had the same story, and at another clinic who's staff agreed that their actions were illegal. The staff has a bad attitude and the dispensing nurses (especially Maria) treat you like a junkie and loser. Its almost like doing business with a drug dealer that hold your medication over your head as a means to put you down... I would recommend going to another clinic!!!!
