For the first time in years, I felt seen, instead of just shoved on as ‘a case to be dealt with.’ I was so happy to be treated with respect by EVERY person at this facility - on the phone, at administration, 2 assisting nursing (one to check in for vitals & such and another to administer immediate care per the Dr.’s orders, and the physician herself.
