Experience was great. No complaints here. Mama wanted confirmation on the next proper steps without exposing to a host of viral infections if not needed. Unfortunately, the power went out while there, done what was recommended. Provider called ahead and give information needed to make transition go smoothly. Overall experience was pleasant and very homey.
