RecommendedMy friend took me to Fast Pace this evening for a check up due to an Asthma flare up and I must admit that I was very impressed. ALL of them were friendly. Just by simply talking to them already made me feel good. They have fantastic customer service apart from knowledgeable medical staff. I had a terrible experience with Walgreens clinic NP at Donelson last week. It felt like I was talking to a mean robot who charged $106 for a lame service. The Staff has always been Great...And so has the Service of the Doctor's...
I've been treated here several times for minor illnesses, and they have also treated my toddler. I've never had a bad experience. Great staff and providers, and it's super convenient to have an urgent care in Ashland city. I appreciate having an option 7 days/week, and being open until 8 makes it easier for people who work and have trouble getting in their regular dr's office.
Fast Pace Urgent Care is the only place I go to get medical care!! The staff is very courteous, and they take care of the problem!! Gonna have to come in and get blood work to check my cholesterol, my A1-C. Its time to have it done again.
