Tried calling Monday to schedule for a drug screen. Nobody likes answering the phone here. Finally got someone on the phone after trying for 2hrs to schedule a visit, she tells me “it’s walk in, just come on in tomorrow morning.” Wake up Tuesday, drive 30mins there, just for them to tell me their tech didn’t show up to do screenings that day. Now trying to call them to see if someone is there to do screenings (or even schedule when I can) so I don’t waste 1hr of driving, and once again, nobody wants to even answer the phone.... read more

I went too fast pace for an infection. I had to sign a waiver because my insurance stated I didn't have a copay. After 2 months they debit my personal checking account $200 for this visit. I have insurance through Saint Thomas in my copays are normally $20. They did no labs or anything other than check my ears and wrote me a prescription. I called billing and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. my deductible was $200.00. it was an office visit af fast pace for an ear infection. I have a double ear infection that was found Thursday night. I was given antibiotics. I have called TWICE today and left TWO voicemails about the antibiotics not working. Have not received a call back. Let’s see what the “excuse” is when I walk in down there.

My sister was just refused treatment for her four year old son who is autistic. She attempted to try an urgent care before the ER with given the circumstances. She was told they cannot treat him because he is autistic. I have never in my life heard of such a thing and the fact this place did this to a mother in need when she didn’t want to have to come in the first place because it is difficult is a disgrace. Billing is terrible. My FSA card is locked up because I’m needing a simple Receipt to show what, who, where and why I paid. Front desk told me once I’ve paid I could not get another receipt. Called the billing department ( before Covid-19) no returned calls, spoke to one lady who was nice last name started with a “S” I believe. She gave me her email, but I must haven’t written it down wrong and it was undelivered. I’ve emailed every email listed on google. The doctor and nurse were absolutely horrid. The doctor that saw me was busy, but I felt like since I was self pay I was treated differently. I heard the nurse yell to the dr "room 4 (or whatever) has flu b!" The dr literally stuck her head in the door, DIDNT even come in, and said "you have flu b" and shut the door behind her. She again, put her head in the door and asked me if I wanted some tami flu type deal, but wasn’t actually tami flu. She didn’t explain anything about it, just that it was starting to be used a lot. Made an appointment. Waited an hour. Pushed through people that were walk in after me ahead of me. Made other patients wait excessive times on paperwork that was lying on the reception desk.Once I got past the girl at reception everyone else was amazing. The hour and a half wait to get to them was not so amazing.
