I went in a week and a half ago for an infection on my leg. I followed up with a phone call a week later after I finished the antibiotics because my leg was still red and swollen. I was given a prescription for ointment. The infection is inside my leg. I had to return to the doctor and pay another copay due to there being no changes in how my leg looked a week and a half later. I was prescribed another antibiotic. We made an online appointment, but it was over an hour wait and took over 2 hours. Nurse and PA were attentive.

I’m sick and all they wanted to do is give me pills and I no what would work for me is a shot I got a shot somewhere else !!!!!!! It’s sad I’ve been coming there for 10 years I feel like all y’all want is the office vests it’s just about the money y’all use to care
Having to sign in on a kiosk, then answering the same questions on a link texted to a mobile phone is redundant and irritating when you are there for q drug screening. I did not bring my phone into the clinic. I had to go out to my vehicle and retrieve it to answer unnecessary questions.
Shelby #2 was a bitch ! Tried to tell poison Ivy can be spread ! Dead wrong ! Only wanted to offer me a steroid cream . When that only spreads it . I asked for the shot ! She would not administer it ! I always get the shot and perdisone and poof it’s gone in a matter of days and doesn’t spread . And STOPS DAM ITCHING ! But NO ! I walked out and I won’t be back . Staff is very friendly but wait times were extremely long and we reserved a spot
though the doctors were in fact nice, i thought this was more of an urgent care. and if you as a doctor sees someone in physical pain and chooses not to urgently provide them care, you aren’t doing your job. you sent us off with zero paper work. rushed through my appointment. and the only person that seemed to give a single damn that i was hurting was my nurse. do better.
I had to wait over an hour and they took someone ahead of me without an appointment. The x ray tech decided to leave at five so they couldn’t do an X-ray. It was a wasted visit. I was told I could go somewhere else or come back the next day.
The wait time was very long. My appointment was at 2:00 I arrived at 1:50 and checked in because a text told me to arrive 10 minutes before appointment. I did not leave til 4:30. The nurse and doctor were great. I loved them but the wait time was very long.
