though the doctors were in fact nice, i thought this was more of an urgent care. and if you as a doctor sees someone in physical pain and chooses not to urgently provide them care, you aren’t doing your job. you sent us off with zero paper work. rushed through my appointment. and the only person that seemed to give a single damn that i was hurting was my nurse. do better.
I had to wait over an hour and they took someone ahead of me without an appointment. The x ray tech decided to leave at five so they couldn’t do an X-ray. It was a wasted visit. I was told I could go somewhere else or come back the next day.
The wait time was very long. My appointment was at 2:00 I arrived at 1:50 and checked in because a text told me to arrive 10 minutes before appointment. I did not leave til 4:30. The nurse and doctor were great. I loved them but the wait time was very long.
We booked an apt online for 10:58. We arrived at 10:50. We waited in the lobby until after 12:45. Didn’t see the PA until 1:30. The nurse and PA were nice but the wait time for the apt was unacceptable. My suggestion to Fast Pace is to not book more appointments than you can see within a 30 minute window or have more staff on hand to handle the appointments. I fault Fast Pace as a company. It was great but…… the practitioner did not even clean my wound and just put gauze on it . My arm the skin was broken and there was blood but they chose not to clean it now will I use you all again no will I recommend you no last night was my first time ever using fast pace and I assure you that I will never do it again
