The medical personnel were good and addressed my problems correctly. However the chairs in the waiting room are so low I almost fell trying to stand up. There needs to be chairs with arm rest to assist in getting up for us elderly people. Also it would help if the seat were taller. Someone is going to fall and get hurt if this is not corrected.
