My appointment was scheduled for 5:36 and didnāt get in to be seen until 6:40. Did not leave until 7:30Ā
3 is generous. Computers went down, that happens. I was seen fairly promptly ( I had an appt). Check in staff was nice. Aid/nurse taking vitals etc was ok. The ANP was fairly knowledgeable, but I left with no clear plan or followup information.Ā
Visit Monday, ear infection, prescription antibiotic Amoxicillin,using Zyrtec,by Friday no better, visit Friday change antibiotics to Doxycycline and steroid pac . Nurse practitioner doesnāt call in Doxycycline prescription, had to get another Dr to call in script Saturday morning. Hopefully Iām on right track now!Ā
Barely put the CoVid and flu swabs in nose. I am an RN and can tell you it was not a valid swab. NP told me I could take off mask. I am the mother. I told her I had breast cancer and my immunity was down and I didnāt want to pick up something else coming into the clinic. She said well he is negative you can take off your mask in a very snarky demeaning way. She then ask my 13 year old to explain rate how he felt on scale of 1 to 10.. He replied 8. There were only two patients there the entire time and it took almost 2 hours to be seen. Dr and staff were good but the wait time for no reason was unacceptable.Ā
I went in with my back hurting did not even look at it just gave me a shotĀ
I an currently in recovery from an eating disorder that actually almost killed me from malnourishment, and i explicitly asked the nurse Kyle Smith to not tell me what the scale said when i stood on it for the weight check. In response, Kyle Smith the nurse put ON MY DIAGNOSTIC CHART that my bmi is high for an adult and im "overweight" I would rather be fat and happy then skinny and dead, maybe train your nurse to not be a raging fatphobic jerk.
