Went in for a laceration on my hand. After doing paperwork the dr. came to lobby and looked at my cut and told me she would not even touch it. Told me to go to the ER. So when I went to the ER I told them what the clinic said and they were in disbelief. Then while I was in ER another person came in and said they was refused as well. Not the place to go if you need help. Got taken care of with no issues in the ER. Thanks alot!!!! Now instead of only paying a copay now I have a larger expense for the ER. Won't go ... read more

Waited over an in the room for nurse practitioner who came in for maybe 30 seconds. You did not have the wax softener to use to clean wax buildup out. The assistant worked for at least 45 minutes and didn’t have but minimal success. Now we have to come back and try again
